Day 53: I sunburnt my eyelids! Today I thought I would spend the whole day doing nothing on the beach - and that i did! I had my book my music and the sun - what more could I want. Day 52: Is Santa Monica Perfect? I got the bus to Santa Monica today. I was over an hour jounrey and only cost $1.25. Before i got the bus to Santa Monica though, I went to see X-Files at manns chinese theatre. Day 51: Can't believe I have less than 3 weeks to go. In less then 3 weeks time I shall be back in Manchester. it has gone so quick - but also feels like I have been gone a year. Day 50: Lost in a maze of Casinos! I was reluctantly checked out of Planet Hollywood this morning - could only afford one night there. I was staying in a hostel right at the other end of the strip - the not so glamourous, but certainly cheaper end. I had a shuttle booked to LAX, which turned up late and I pretty sure that the driver was drunk.
