it was such a cold looking and cloudy day at the start of today! melbourne has wierd weather. at one point its 32 degrees and the next its 14degrees! it brightened up in the afternoon though to a glorious sunny day. Janine and i headed into town where we met david and lynsey in federation square. we were meant to to be meeting this gril called mary who traveled with janine and lynsey before and sounds like a total night mare. she hates culture and doesnt believe in the concept of time!!! so as you can imaginewe were meant to meet atone but didnt end up meeting till after 4pm!!!! me janine lynsey and david took a walk through the city and got a tram to st kilda and went for lunch along one fo those streets with millions of cafes and proper cake shops!!! i swear the cakes look amazing!!!!!! david and i had muscles so werent quite as full so we went and got a cake! i had a chocolate eclair and i could barely finish it!!!!!!!! it was the size of a brick!!!! i felt sick and that will teach me!!!! my mum would be proud!!!! we then finally met mary! i didnt know how to be as i had heard so much stuff. david ad i just sort of watched and observed. she wasnt meant to come to oz till firday and brought her flights forward and she wasntmeant to go to asia till end april and has brought it forward to the same day as us!! janines has said that if she says 'so where we of to next the' she is going to say listen didnt work last time not going to work this time!!! eek!! we all took a tram to chapel street (famous street with lots of cool shops and cafes bit like glasgow west end) and walked along before finding a pub with $2 pots and stayed there while the sunset!! romantic!! janine and i then headed back to macaulys had dinner and crashed out watching csi!
