Came home from a night out on Monday evening to find a lizard had made itś home in my bathroom & ran through to hide behind my bed when I opened the door. Too tired to argue with it so ignored it. Itś back in the bathroom now & freaks me out every time I open the door as it scuttles off.

Itś currently raining which it seems to do for about an hour or so every day with thunder & lightning as the norm. Itś warm though, probably late 20ś. My hair is doing all sorts of wierd flicky frizzy things & is impossible to manage.

Dinner last night was rice, black beans, fried plantain, some kind of vegetable that tastes like swede but isn´t with carrots & herbs, scrambled egg with chopped tomatoes and something that I think was semolina with cheese on top & grilled. My host family seem to find a new way of frying or grilling cheese every day.

Went to a latin american singing class last night which was really good fun. Didn´t understand half of what I was singing about & I probably sounded terrible but never mind. Going to a cooking class today at 3pm when my classes finish.
