Hi all

Just a quick one as in internet cafe - the wireless internet at guesthouse has been broken :(

anyhow will up date you all in full next week so heres just a taster

Saw Kathakali dancing - men in lots of make up, mad costumes, cymbals, drums and lots of screaming

watched elephants getting beaten (more on that later :( )

went on a canoe through the backwaters and an old rice barge

travel for hours and up mountains to stay in a tea plantation in the Munar Hills - 6000ft up in the clouds

that'll do for now

tomorrow we begin our 46 hour train journey to Agra
