I really thought I would be writing a journal about my trip to Nicaragua...last December came and went and I never got around to it. I promised that I would journal about my next medical trip to Kenya. You see I sold my house two years ago to pursue a career as a PA doing public health in places most others choose to avoid. I attended the planning meeting last week. To get from here to there I have a small battle to fight. My battle is Stage Two Invasive Ductile Breast Cancer. Just another part of the journey.
