Yet another brewery tour! This time to Speights. You even get to pull your own drinks at the end. There are six beers on tap but no restrictions on how much you can drink! Shame the Cadbury's tour wasn't quite as generous but you do get the chance to buy cheap chocolate bars at the end.
In order to burn off a few calories we headed off to the Otago Peninsula. First off we saw some Royal Albatross chicks at Taiaroa Head. This is the only mainland nesting place in the world and has been visited by Prince Charles!
After a quick coffee stop we tramped along the coastline to Victory Beach then on to The Chasm.
We also caught a train along the Taieri Gorge Railway. The line has been restored by a group of train enthusiasts and runs from Dunedin to xx. The train departs from the main station in Dunedin which apparently is the most photographed building in NZ. More great picture opportunities.
Our stay in Dunedin was finished off by a slow walk up Baldwin Street, Officially the steepest street in NZ.
