hello guys,

sorry we havent wrote in a while been really busy!!! well as you probabalys know were in Kerela and we absolutley love it...its definatley like nothing you've ever seen, no doubt its the most beautiful place we've been to (so far anyway) so while we were in trivandrum we met a guy named George...we miss u fridge...and the three days we had there were fun we went to the beach where we went body boarding and we have never seen waves like them they were sooo strong...luckily we didnt go out far as the current would have swept us away (sphhhpooky). That day was really fun and a proper laugh. We also went to the zoo that day which was really good aswell but sooo hot. we got loads of pics we've put some up but the rest we'll show when we get back cos there is loads. Yeah so then Georgie boy left so we both decided it was time to move on to Allepy. This city is mostly famous for the houseboats. So we moved up to there and booked one. We both recommend you do it because it was fantastic. The views, the boat...THE FOOD lol. It was just great...the driver and cook couldnt understand a word of English but they were really nice and friendly. We've never been given so much food between the both of us we felt really guilty cos we couldn't eat it all...but definatley gorgeous the food actually the best we've had since coming to India. Especially the lobster sized prawns :) although at night when we parked up there were millions of crickets that kept landing on us, and alot of mosquitos well no surprises there. So its defo a must do...worth the trip to Kerela alone. Well thats what we thought until yesterday. So once we'd been on the boat we got a taxi all the way up the mountains to a little town called Kumily. It very picturesque and the hotel we are in is gorgeous. We can see the sunset over the mountains from our balcony. So as soon as we arrived the hotel manager (great guy) asked if we wanted to go on an elephant ride. We did so we went and it was really good...we got to ride the elephant ,fed it, wash it and sit on it while it washed us!!! we've got loadssssss of pics and we'll upload them as soon as possible. The elephant was a girl named Lucky and it was an amazing experiance even able to sit on her knee. We loved it. so today we've rented some bicycles which are pretty ancient lol just to get us about. and later we are both getting a massage which should be good.
