Hey guys. Hope everything is well back in sunny England!

We have left Magnetic Island now and are in Cairns. The Full Moon Party was amazing! we drank far too much as you will see from the pictures (eventually)! We had a reunion with some of our friends that we met in Sydney and raved the night away. We finally crawled into our pits at about 5.30 but made sure we were up by 11 to get our FREE full english brekkie. Ali was feeling a bit peaky but managed to devour the lot none the less! obviously i had no problem! we spent the day nursing our hangovers and left for Cairns the following day

When we arrived in Cairns our bus driver reminded us of all the places weve been to and Ali got a bit emotional that it was comming to an end. we had to say goodbye to our friend Charlotte. No boubt we will bump into her at some point along the way. Cairns is beautiful, very hot and very laid back! the only city weve been to without any high rise buildidngs. The hostel is lovely, one of the best (they call it the 5 star backpackers hotel) and its also the cheapest! we spent our 1st day chilling beecause ali felt rough and we had to get her better ready for our fun filled adventure the next day... SCUBA Diving on the Great Barrier Reef!!!!! THE BEST THING WE HAVE DONE ON THE WHOLE OF THE EAST COAST!!! We swam with a Mauri Rass which is the hugest fish we have ever seen! its the size of a bed mattress! Not only that but we also swam with, stroked and had our picture taken with...wait for it...WILD SEA TURTLES!!! It was the most amazing day of our lives! we were knackered that evening from all the excitement and had an early night.

Ali: The next day was boring, trying to sort out plans for New Zealand. That evening Buck came to pick us up from the hostel and took us to his for a BARBIE!!! We met his wife Judith and his 3 year old daughter Georgia who are both lovely. We also met Denis, Harry and Debbie (the guys that travelled with Buck to Europe) Buck says that I look like you mum. we had a really nice evening and got fed well! Today weve spent most ofthe day by the lagoon and we will be heading out with one of our free meal vouchers tonight. On sunday we have to check out by 10am and our flight is 10pm so Buck said he will come and pick us up and we can spend the day with them chillin by their pool untill we need to go to the airport.

Then we'll be heading off to New Zealand and waving goodbye to the land of Oz =( We've loved it here so much and dont want to go. Cant wait to see you guys, we will update agan soon. keep the messages coming.
