Last day in Holland before my Mum takes us to the airport tomorrow to fly to Beijing. It's been much too short. Zipping around town as usual and eating tasty little Dutch treats and spending as much time with my Mum as possible. Tried to have the Dutch version of Fish & Chips on the beach today but almost got blown out to sea. Even Anne Franks chestnut tree got blown down last night in the storms so we stood no chance trying to walk down on the beach prome...

After a hectic couple of weeks getting the flat sorted, dealing with auditors, packing, shredding documents (see auditors) and panicking we finally made it to our first stop: Ireland. August is usually the middle of the twelve month rainy season in Ireland but luckily we had enough dry hours to do some grand stuff in Mayo and then in Dublin...
