06/02/2010Having heard about the infamous Poo Pub from a few of Darren's friends who had been on the Kiwi Experience and from our driver we stopped at Greymouth to pick up a some bits for our fancy dress, our theme being anything beginning with 'P'. 03/02/2010We arrived in Nelson having only just warmed up after our dolphin swim that morning and pulled up outside a posh hotel called Prince Albert, which turned out to be our accommodation - sweet. It was infact an annex off the side of the hotel that had been turned into a backpackers hostel called Fern Lodge and it was really nice. 02/02/2010Having joined the Kiwi Experience bus at Christchurch we made our way north to Kaikoura driving pretty much the whole way in one go, stopping only for a short toilet break. 24/01/2010Three and a half hours after leaving Australia we landed in Christchurch, New Zealand and the next leg of our adventure.
