Loved the latest installment sounds amazing but not sure about that bus trip though? Far East next then! The cable car on Langkawi is well worth a visit provides wonderful views of the islands. The islands are linked with lots of legends which you can here about if you do one of the many boat trips on offer. Enjoy Cenang Beach and Pelangi! xx

I remember those bumpy roads in the centre - although ours got even bumpier as a tyre burst and people didn't realise, me and Louise were sitting at the back going 'er, I think there might be something wrong.'

Great new photos and blogs, I can't believe how much of Oz you have managed to see. Some brought back lovely memories, especially the West Coast beaches, which are the best in Oz.

Sophia had a lovely 2nd birthday but missed her favourite Uncle and Auntie. I am sure she won't mind celebrating again when you get back though. She enjoyed going to the Post Office to collect her present too, and loves Katie the Koala!

Have a fantastic time in S.E Asia, take care and be aware. It's a wonderful friendly place and will be a complete culture shock after Oz and NZ! Lorna, make sure you stuff loads of chocolate before you leave! Hope you manage to update the site even in the wilds of Thailand.

Great to get your call and I am looking forward to the west coast installment. Forgot to tell you Bob visited last week and got stuck in the snow. Neither or Dad got to heathrow for his flight which was cancelled anyway. Great fun bet they wished they were with you in the sun and the heat.

Hope you enjoyed Valentine's day in a suitably romantic place!! Dad and I were in Paris. Have you looked at the johnandpeteronbikes off exploring yet. Its a hoot.

Hi, great to hear all your news. We managed to log in to see all the great pics last week whilst skiing in the Alps. We had temps of about -8, but brilliant blue skies and fantastic snow. Then we came home and had the same weather in Hawkinge! Keep on having loads of adventures and keeping in touch of course! We'll send some pics of Sophia on skis soon. Loving the pics and blog - sounds amazing and I am so jealous!! You are bringing back some awesome memories though... and indeed I do remember Cheekys!!

I'm at work at the mo but will try and write a longer email soon with what I am up to (nothing too exciting though I'm afraid). Word of advice - stay away from the kookaburras - they may look all cute and cuddly but they are evil!!

It sounds like you are both making the most of it, keep it up and keep the stories and pics coming!! Hope Al is ok after his stingray encounter - awww just realised that makes both of you now - you can share the pain stories!!
