Very basically: Lebanon-Cyprus-Rhodes-Turkey-Istanbul-Northern Greece-Greek Island Hopping-Corfu and Kefalonia-Albania-Montenegro( Dubrovnik)-Bosnia-Croatia(Split)-Slovenia. Maybe or maybe not Italy. That's a whole other journey on it's own really.
