Karavaanari, karavaanari, on kaikkien kaveri...!

Our roadtrip finally begun! We picked up our Hi-top campervan from Traveller's Autobarn in Sydney and started driving up north! It was pretty scary to start driving on "the wrong side" of the road and it was kind of scary until we got out of town..! Tomppa is doing the driving and I read the map! It's been going really good! So far, so good! The first night we stayed next to a really pretty beach at a place called Seal Rocks. The following morning we drove up to Crescent Head and joined the Mojo Surfers! The staff at Mojo welcomed us by taking us out surfing immediately as we arrived! It was so much fun to learn how to surf, but quite hard! Now our muscles are really aching! Tomppa is getting pretty good at the surfing thing, but I am mainly concentrating on different styles how to fall off the board!

Yesterday we came to Spot X, which is a bit north from a place called Woolgoolga! I haven't been able to surf here, because I fell off the surf board the other day and twisted my knee! Now it's really swollen, and I won't be able to surf for a few days...

The day after tomorrow we will continue somewhere with the van, don't know the destination yet.. We'll see where the road takes us...
