I (HEART) CAPE TOWN!! Well i'm back in Cape Town now and i really can't express how amazing it is!! I walked up table mountain yesterday, and paying for it today, never ached so much!! The veiws from the top are spectacular!! Can't even decribe it and the photo's can't show it properly!! The plan was to walk up, well it actually more of a scramble, then get the cable car down but we got bout half way and found out it wasn't working due to the wind which bout 5 minutes later we realised why! Got to have been the windest day ever!! Made got climbing condtions as most of the route is in the sun! Was very clear though so exellent veiwing conditions!! Whereas today has been our hottest day here by far! We have been to Robben island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisioned for those who don't know!! It was cool to see the history, went with the district six museum we did on mon that is all about the aparthied, the reality of it really is horrible! Our backpackers is right in the heart of Cape Town, down Longstreet with all the bars, its great for a few drinks. been playing alot of pool, but i'm crap, but southern comfort and coke is 90p!! There's a bar called "COOL RUNNINGS" which does good cocktails! Have to check these things out!! Well i'll keep you updated on how the wine tour in stellenbosh goes on fri, its 4 wineries and get to sample 6 wines/champange at each!! Then on Sunday, our last day :( , we are of to cape point to see the oceans meet and stop off at simon's town to see the penguins!
