Hi you two! Carole and I are now back from Turkey and a lot browner than we went - well basted you might say. I know we went there to chill but it was actually 37/38 degrees C. and felt very hot. Not bad for end of Sept. Managed to watch both the Rugby and the Grand Prix in beachside bars and a great time was had by all. Drank a lot of beer to keep cool! Breakfast at £2 and dinner at £5 so we didn't spend a lot of money.

By popular demand (apparently), Tony is back in da house! Really enjoyed the blog from NZ, truely a'maze'ing. Very pleased to see that you are both getting out and about and doing a bit of tramping! The camper sounds fun by the way and I think me and Carole will be following in your pioneering footsteps in the not too distant future. Flights are quite cheap and we obviously both drive on the left. My sister and brother-in-law went last year and visited all the "Lord of the Rings" sights. Paul then included clips from the films within his home movie and made a very impressive tableau, ie. here's Sue and Paul at such and such and then surrounded by Auks etc. Carole and I are just off to Turkey tonight for a week and looking forward to a bit of a chill. Leicester Tigers have started the new season impressively, shame the same can't be said of England or City.

Hello there, Guess where we've been curry night, it was my dads birthday any excuse hey yummy!! We had a great weekend, we went to the boat show on Saturday and then sailing on Sunday. Andy's back from Madrid, he said the football ground was really great, and he had time to top up his sun tan too. He loved his Birthday card, great choice. Hello there, We had a great time in Cornwall the sun was out and we hit the beach, your dad and Carl had great fun surfing and bodyboarding, a really relaxing week before going back to school and work.
