28/11/08 time to hit the road or should we say waters. Our next destination had to be reached by ferry. The day was going smoothly and we were enjoying the lovely secnery of the keralan backwaters. We coaught a glimps of the local fisherman, birds, riverside towns and chinese fishing nets. After about 3 hrs we had a little problem. We lost a propaller and the ferry wasnt going anywhere. Fortunatly a bus came to pick us up although we had to fit 20 people in a 10 seater bus. We all had a laugh about it and were glad to finally arrived in Alleppey.
