Soooo... Monday! Causal day at school, felt a bit ill in the afternoon so gave basketball training a miss that night and slept. Early night fixed me though:)
Tuesday. Had my fortnightly class of good old biology! Our teacher is so funny! (and cute... if he has kids he'd definitely be classified as a dilf, quite the looker! Not that I'm checking my teachers out...) he speaks a bit of English so he always tries it out in our class so Anna and I were laughing away at what he was saying, and then he changed to French and everyone else started laughing and Anna and I didn't know what was going on! After class Marine and Marlene explained the joke the teacher had made and it was something along the lines of 'if you can make a woman laugh, you can get in her bed'! Something like that... we weren't really sure how to take it hahaha! But he's cute so whatever
Anyway! Was home alone for a few hours that night so went for a run, then did my core stuff and then made my PowerPoint pres. for my English oral!
Wednesday the 19th, also known as today... arrived at school for an 8 o'clock start.. got to class and the teacher blocked Anna and I from entering and told us to go to the C.D.I (library) because the class had an exam! No worries... Then had history, an hour of sleep for Anna, an hour of 'angry birds' for me. Our history teacher is so small and weird and French ha
Had another spare after history and then had English! Did my presentation today about myself and Australia. Anna spoke with me too, and the class loved it! The PowerPoint I made last night was definitely a HIT ;D
Came home, had lunch. Maïwenn was sick so she slept instead. Maryse then took me into Vannes where I met Marie-Alix (my correspondent from my company) We went and met up with ten other Aussies who arrived on Friday and are here for 6 weeks :) 2 of them are at my school.
With the group, I went on a guided tour of Vannes about it's history which was very interesting (rained the whole time though) and I understood a lot of what the guide was saying when she spoke in French:) after, we went to a bakery for something yummy to eat and then onto a café for a drink. Everyone was really nice, was a great afternoon:)
Returned home just after 6.
Maryse's parents came over before dinner and I had apperatif with them and Maryse and Hervé (Maïwenn still a bit sick) which was nice, good conversation:)
Small pizza for dinner and now time for bed!
Get an extra hours sleep in tomorrow morning.. Yeeha!
Two days until holidays, five days until Christmas, six days until Paris... life is swell!
Bonne nuit :D
