20 August 2010 Up and packed, while we were waiting for the apartment dude we made the most of the wi-fi and here on facebook we discovered that Grace has not even left Italy, and was holed up at the Hilton as her plane was having mechanical difficulties!!! This went on for approximately 12 hours but she was treated to buffet meals, free bar and a huge big super king bed in her own room all at Pars' expense!! (Well probably not). Poor wee b***** finally departed...

17 August 2010 Shower up, cook up, pack up and see you Siena. Mum, Grace and I went back to San Gimgiano whilst Bazz and Si whipped back to Castellina to pick up some jewellery that Nev had left at the villa and were also given Debbie Telf's hat that 'Simon' lost, however it must be said that it was found in Deb-o-rah's room, hmmmm??! 15 August 2010 Destination Siena was on the cards for today but before getting there we headed down to Assisi to tour about and visit St Francis cathedral. We managed to park in the park that was furtherest from the cathedral but it did mean that we were able to get a good look from one end of town to the other weaving in and out of little streets and walkways.
