It was a long journey to get here. We spent about 23 hours on buses and another 4 hours waiting for buses. Regardless to say we arrived feeling tired, smelly and hungry! We were greeted by people trying to sell us hostels for the first time in a while. We ended up at a really nice hostel on the beach but due to our bad luck we can only stay two nights. Yes we arrived during a big occasion this time FLIP a literature festival. All rooms more than double in price we just can´t afford to hang around and we are not the only ones. FLIP sounds like it would of been good as well.

First day the sun was shining yipee! We got to lie on the beach for the first time in ages. We took a walk through the historic centre looks like this would have been a nice place to waste away a few days. We then took a boat ride around some islands and isolated beaches. Spots lots of islands inhabited by one family wouldn´t it be nice. Aaron spent time splashing about in the sea but snorkelling wasn´t up to much a bit too murky. I got to lay about in the sun all day thats all I need to make me happy after the cold.

Next stop Illha Grande where there is more beaches and hopefully sun.
