Ok - we are both a bit freaked out about Hugo emailing you which means (a) we have been hallucinating (b) someone knows Hugo VERY well and has decided to reply on his behalf or (c) he is in fact much more in control of us, the house and everything to the extent he can actually type and has his own email address. Who wrote it!? Likely culprits are Lou and Sam or Neil! Mmmmm....

ANYWAY - just days to go and quite frankly if you are looking at this message board anyway then you are sad and need to GET OUT THERE AND ENJOY THE FINAL HOURS! :-)

Andy Happy Belated Birthday, I hope you had a brilliant day, having dinner with your old mate Davey A. What a great place to celebrate your 30th. Thankyou for little Zac's new hat, its very kind of you and Jane to make such an effort from such a long a way away. He's now 2 weeks 2 days old, and is doing really well, putting lots of weight on. Liz's is doing fantastically, you wouldn't think she's had a major operation. Looking forward to meeting up with you guys when your back, so you can meet our little boy !!!!

Guys - the days are counting down until we see you again and for you, it must be getting really really weird! Hello Guys !! First of all apologies for not thanking you for my lovely birthday pressie - it has pride of place in bathroom. Thankyou for sending it all the way from NZ. I can only apologise for the lack of messages to you as life has been madness. Baby bump is now huge and causing backache, hip pain, tiredness, grumpiness and that is just Paul's complaints !! I have now stopped work at last, as the consultant forced me to. Baby was not growing properly on a recent scan but has now made up for that and they have decided not to induce me so early.! Little man is taking after Paul as i can feel him drumming on my insides. We cannot wait to see you both again and introduce you to your new nephew when you get back. Miss you love liz

Just thought that I would put up the percentage of 'davey-boys' to a just- perceptible level. Its been good of A and J to suss the world out for us so we can see where we want to go. However there is no jealousy- we appreciated the clear visual warning from J in the advance party that Patagonia was definitely one to avoid if you wanted to keep your toes on.

Seriously though hope you are having a seriously good time and that the 'Parsonsfest on the Pampas' is swinging along-we get the impression from Elly that 'La fiesta va todos los dias y todas las noches tambien'. I would really like to see the Iguacu falls though. We hope everyone has adjusted to the new temperature although D and M go on so many holidays they probably don't notice. hi guys, its come to my attention that there is an air of jealousy sweeping accross the message board; it seems that some people think that you guys are having all the fun and that blighty in the winter is boring, i disagree with this sentiment wholeheartedly - im having loads of fun running backwards and forwards between clapton and new southgate, in the dark, and the rain, and the cold, with tonsilitis, i love it - i will attempt to prove this as follows; without a hint of jealousy:

so far the message board contains: 3 awesomes, 2 campers, 21 hats, 57 loves, 14 missings, 47 andys, 38 janes, 38 mums, 13 works, 3 jobs, 6 londons, 10 jealous' and 3 bored/borings.

some may say this says everything, some may say this says nothing, i say this: jane and mum are equal, mum + jane add up to significantly more than andy, lots of us love you, some of us miss you, hats are in, and i really am bored.

hope your trip is continuing to be awesome - Greg tells me you're in South America now and winding down a little bit after your adventures in Aus and NZ (half your luck!!). Was looking for your site and thought I'd leave a message whilst I'm here (haven't actually got into the site yet, but looking forward to seeing our photos from Fraser and Bondi etc.). Looking forward to seeing you next year (unless you are missing Aus dreadfully and are coming back soon...??) and wish you all the best on the rest of your (very long!) trip.
