Last night was quite lovely...We went and had dinner at a place near by...we didnt realize how big this place was until we rushed into town for some various nessecities...The town is so old and lovely and made out of rock...cool cafes everywhere...the weather is gorgous...perfect...the water is so clean with little crabs and various small sea creatures living among us. We then later went down by the shore and sat on some rocks and talked the night away...good memories...friendship...slims...red wine....past lives...stars...titanic...after the return...we then proceeded to head out on the town...here nothing closes until 5 or 6 my kind of town...;) we were hanging out and were approached by two people...and decided that we would not speak english and that mehgen was Romanian...sigh...Mehgana! I spoke to her in Croatian...spanish...english...german...and some language we just made up...it was hilarious...ha..good times...although I am ready to do some more traveling...in a place that is uninhibited by tourists...they are the devil!...So then we called it a night in a basic room with a whole in the wall bathroom ....really...Its nice...and its real. We then woke up this morning and went into town for some brakfast at a local bakery. Laid out on the beach...for a while...on a rock....I love hearing so many differnt cultures around me and watching the kids play and run around in there birthday suits...then I proceeded to explore...I cant sit and lay out for too long...I would rather swim then lay out.... Its funny how different cultures have a smell. All the Coratian people smell alike...german...italiens...when in a crowd you can pin point who is from where just by the way they smell...strange... I went and sat down at a little cafe and just relaxed...to good to be true... I went all through town and up little corridors...and weaved all around the city...it was breath taking...then I some how found my way up to a castle...and was blown awy...the hike was nice...I love hiking and feeling like I really accomplished something. I had one of the best peaches I have ever eaten...ran into the Norway boys...all going out tonight aorund 20.00...The castle had a dungen...it was so eerie...I got weird vibes there....yiz thats where you would have lived....haha..I got some good pictures...amazing view of the island...Alex I am still looking for a jersey...thought I found one today...but too small...I think...and it came with shorts...I didnt think you would want that...I think Mehgen and I are going to catch a little bit of the game before we head out tonight...tomorrow..we stay in Split....I think we are going to rent a boat tonight and head out on the water...I would really like to rent some mopeds.. they arent very expensive....I have had very many amzing moments today......jasmine and rosemary and thyme is really big here...along with huge fish bigger than me and little lambys roasting on sticks...sorry dawno....remember the pig..when we went to the ren fest? haha..Oh and I have the scoop for Croatia for you too... good thoughts...simplicity...being..I then made my way back to find mehgen and decided to go for a swim...I was so hot...I love the saLT water in my hair...! Sunshine...sea salt...catholics...naked kids... smiles and crabs from Croatia!
