Harley: Today dad, Anouk and I visited the International Spy Museum. The museum has lots of spy gadgets like hidden cameras, poison darts, small guns and much more. There were also lots of activities and challenges that we could do. We did code breaking where we had to figure out mystery numbers, deactivating a fake bomb (I did it in 10 seconds better than dad) and a strength test to see how long we could hang onto a pipe while wind was blown on you. You had to see if you could hold on for 60 seconds and I did it for 59.7! Dad managed to do it easily.
We learnt what spies do and how they work like passing on messages secretly by leaving clues like a chalk mark on a bin and how they gathered information during wars to defeat their enemies. If they were caught they would either go to jail or be killed. We had a great time at the museum and I enjoyed it.
I have also found a lot of money here in Washington. Like today, at a train station I found $1.60 left in a ticket machine. We also find lots of 1 cent coins on the ground, especially around the train stations. So far I have found $2.27 cents and Anouk $1.01.
Tomorrow we leave Washington to go to New Jersey and we will be staying with dad's aunty and cousins.
