Only one word can describe the road trip - eventful.

it was only supposed to take 3.5hrs it ended up taking us 6hrs

How???

Just outside Dundedin is a cheese factory - and we all know how much Woody loves his cheese and wine parties. So we decided to stop - 30mins later after tasting everything and buying a few we carried on.

On the way down on saturday we drove past an amazing beached that can only be described as a wind surfers paradise - little rollers, a strong breeze and bright turquoise seas. So seeing that we are on an adventure we decided to go for it.......

We paddled our feet for 3 secs and bottled it back to the BEAST

The drive then took us into the heartland of the south island, amazinf scenario but also little one off shops - who can blame us for helping these places out. So as we were blasting our way through a hail storm we stumbled across a beautiful winery called Kurow. After SAMPLING just a few we left with a few to accompany the cheese.

After many hours of breath taking views we got ever closer to our goal of Mount Cook. With many oooo's and arrrrrrrr's we got to our residence for the next few days. Only one word can describe it - exceptional.

After a great day in the BEAST and arriving to these views makes you want to sit out and just stare at them - thats why Woody and I were alseep at 7pm - and NO we hadnt drunk our wine.

I blame jet lag!!!!
