Doreen Pleased to hear about more of your adventures. Weather here changing from day to day, torrential rain all day but not overly cold. New heating system in work is certainly working, you cant breath in some parts of the building, yet other parts you are hunched over with the cold. I am enjoying being back in year 6 in the mornings but do like going back to year 4 PM. Dont see much of Jo as Y3 now go to lunch at 12 and we still 12:20. We have a new cook and dinners are ok again. If you eat it in the hall its only £1, so by the time I get up stairs its almost time for Jo to go back. Anyway take care and stay safe xx
Heather Glad to hear from you again, although I guessed from the photos that you were up and about after your cold. Here we have had a day of rain and everyone and everything is sodden. The chickens are unhappy and so is Belle. Stanley hasn't noticed the rain! The play was a huge success, rather to my surprise, and I can now sew my own things for a change. Lovely. Enjoy and love to all
Doreen Such sad news, sorry to hear that. Glad you are having a few evenings of dining out and company. Look forward to seeing you soon, take care, stay safe xx
re: Sun 23 Nov '14Meryl First frost today and colours are beautiful, hope there is still some colour when you get back. Enjoy your last few weeks. x

re: Week ending 16 Nov '14Heather Hope the cold is gone and you are recovered now. You need to ask yourself why you get these heavy colds Jen- are you doing too much or simply not taking care of yourself? All well here- first night of play tonight so fairly hectic. Chickens have almost stoppped laying- only one egg today- Cats stay asleep by radiators and dogs curl on the sofa- yes both of them now with Lola on the back from time to time. Enjoy and take care
re: Water Festival WeekDoreen Lovely to hear from you, was getting worried. Such wonderful adventures yet again. Liz was asking after you and I keep everyone up to date. You need to take care of yourself so that you can continue this amazing time. Take care, stay safe xx
re: Water Festival WeekDoreen Fasinating blog as usual, and look forward to the photos. SDD today, child protection, I know it is important but same old, same old. Been another few bag snatches local, one by the alley to the infants, early morning, trying to make sure I have an across body bag. Well take care and stay safe xx Well take care and stay safe
re: Sun 2 Nov '14Heather Hope your cold is improving- it doesn't seem to have held you up at any rate- still up and doing. Here Roger has your cold but I have recovered from my back problems fortunately- i think they may have been sewing machine related as I have been doing masses of heavy stuff and at the kitchen table. Posture is all! We are due at Cranbrook today but the weather has turned and is looking quite nasty. Fortunately I am not driving so I am looking forward to it. Stan and Belle are thriving- Stan carrying larger and heavier branches proudly while Belle and I dodge the ends. I am right in thinking I do not need to send this to Shropshire aren't I? I can easily do it if needed. Look after yourself anyway and hope to talk to you next week sometime. Take care!
re: Sun 2 Nov '14mati dadson Hi Jen, Caught up with you at last. Loved reading your adventures. We have been away.Had a lovely holiday cruising around Italy, Sicily and the Adriatic. We are off to Kent at the weekend - Barry's wedding. We are going down for about 10 days to catch up with friends etc. Take care. See you soon xx
re: Sunday 26 Oct '14Meryl So warm here, needed shorts on rather than the jeans I wore for our walk on the beach.Very hectic with 5 guests staying of all ages but good fun.Take care. xx
re: Sunday 26 Oct '14Doreen I love catching up with you on Sunday. Four day week sounds manageable to me. Every one very tired and in need of half term. Take care and stay safe xx
re: Sunday 26 Oct '14Heather Kohn Thanks for your news Jen. As always very full and descriptive, but the heat seems unbearable to me and I truly coudn't take the mud! All well here, Stan growing up and Belle growing very long suffering, She has learned to duck when he carries his sticks (we are all black and blue now). Will print your blog off and send it to Shropshire….hope they are all well. Enjoy.
re: Sunday 26 Oct '14Doreen More adventures that I enjoyed hearing about. Weather here is different day to day. Friday I could hardly breath in class as so warm. We are expecting tail end of a hurricane over night with very heavy rain predicted. Had a check up on my arm on Friday, doctor was very pleased and said only about 15% restricted movement. Will carry on with the exercises. Looking forward to half term, think everyone needs it, its such a slog at the moment forever chasing our tails. Well take care and stay safe xx
re: Sunday 19 Oct '14Meryl hARRIES Sorry to hear about the rain after our chat. Ceased here and a beautiful day so we took the van to Exmouth and sat by the beach reading the papers. Very busy now that the dogs are allowed back on the beach. Enjoy your week. x
re: Sunday 19 Oct '14Heather Kohn Should be huge quantities…..sorry. Just looked at your photos on here. They all look wonderful. Just printing out your blog for Shropshire. Enjoy your week
