Tofu, Mozambique
It's been a very peaceful & cosy night & were awakened by the sunrise peeping through the reeds & the birds chirping. In spite of Glamping we have an allocated house boy, who charmingly told us off for not washing the sand off our feet the correct way. He is very helpful and eager to please. Decided to walk around the area but boy !!! It was hot. The beach glorious and very popular with surfers. We popped into some of the Dive operations & Dive/backpacker live ins. R would love to dive here but his Padi cert is only open water which here they say only allows a shallow dive. Very frustrating as he had done many deeper dives in Fiji. Oh well. A trip into the market on our way back was fruitful with sarong & Vodacom purchases. There is a little more hustle & pressure to buy but the vendors do back off if you say no.... Just looking. The Vodacom outlet was delightful - open air with full EFTpos facilities.
Late afternoon we drove to a local lookout point to whale watch and we brewed our tea we followed a Humpback whale down the coast blowing every minute or so. Amazing sight :)
Dinner & wifi ended the day.
