Kuang Si Waterfall - Luang Prabang, Laos

Today we went to the Kuang Si Waterfall in Laos. We took a Tuk-Yuk to the waterfall, but I was so shattered, I feel asleep on route! Such a bumpy ride, I must have been shattered! When we arrived we at the waterfall we checked out the rescued bears. For the first time since I arrived in Laos I saw a clear stream of water, the rivers around Laos are very polluted altough the area is so beautiful, so it is such a shame! The water was pretty cold and after my last accident in the river, I decided not to go for a swim or do anything crazy! Still scared.

However, I did try to hike to the top of the waterfall to get a fab picture looking down from the top, but I feel down a couple of times on the hike, cut up my hands, then lost my flip flops - panicked and then started pouring with sweat, I decided to give up, play it safe and climb down! lol!

Still alive to tell the tale and not too injured! Lol! Yet another fun day out.
