Three days later and we are coming to the end of our time in the wetlands of Ibera in Corrientes province. The esteros are about 600km south of Iguazu and extend for an area half the size of wales. Having visited BA before it was like returning to an old friend it is such a European type of city, it is a complete contrast to where we have been over the last 10 weeks. Hi folks , we are back in Quito having finished all our voluntary work in Ecuador. Thank goodness all that bumpy travelling by bus is over. Although the bus services are very good the roads are so bumpy and windy and it takes so long to get anywhere our heads and stomaches always feel quite shaken up by the time we reach our destination.
