This is actually a really common logo in China; it gets put on high-quality domestic brands. As funny as I keep finding it, I can hardly blame China for not making the link to Nazism. They had their own stuff going on in WWII (and for a few years either side), whereas we actually fought the Japanese as well as the Germans, and I doubt most Brits would know the imperial Japanese flag if they saw it.
