A bit scary going through passport control this morning. Had to wait a fair while as the Russians don't like too many coming off the ship at once and they are very slow with checking everyone's papers. Docked at Warnemunde and went by train from port to Berlin- a journey of just under 3 hours. Went straight to Checkpoint Charlie for photo stop, then to Berlin Wall memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. Saw many sights - Concert Hall, Tiergarten, Victory column, White House, oyster shell, Reichstag, Hauptbahnhopf and Berlin Cathedral. Walked from Gendarmenmarkt to River Spree and did a city cruise. Denmark's second largest city and port. It is a commercial port so had to be transported by shuttle bus to outside of port gates. The royal yacht was moored up but no sign of Fred or Mary! Took a scenic drive around the city area and then went up to the Holmenkollen ski jump. Great views on the way up but got very cloudy and started to rain quite heavily when we got back on the bus so didn't get many photos.
