Haven't updated this site in a while. We made it to Nice on Tuesday. We ended up not being able to get a train from Monaco to nice. But we found a bus instead which was only 1€. Then we started walking after we discovered that the trams wernt running. This was all cause of a public transport strike. The strike is still going a bit, but the trams are running today. We ended up walking half way to the hostel then ringing them and they came to pick us up. Which wa...

We got kicked off the train here on the way to Nice because we didn't hav the right reservation. It was a cost town and it had a dock. We waited an hour and a half for the next train in the right direction. We had enough time to go for a walk and I dipped my foot in the mediterranean sea. Then we came back to the train station and ate some food. Now we are on a train to Genova. Hopefully we don't need a reservation here, but if we do I think we will try dogey i...

Leaving Rome. Heading to Nice France. I'm really looking forward to it. Italy wasn't that good for me. Apparently we might be able to go scuba diving in nice really cheap so that will be cool. And there is a pub with live rock music which sounds really cool. Plus the beach, so I'm really looking forward to it :-)

Just got our passports checked so I'm guessing we are crossing the border into france now. Still a few hours to nice tho.

Me and Nic wen for a big walk in the evening. We had a couple of beers on the way and saw heaps of sights..... This bakery made all sorts of things out of bread. Here is a vase of flowers.
