M/A retired today. A great day for her and a lovely send-off at Ian Macleod's. Off out with Rachel, Sara & Linda tonight for their annual fortune telling sessions in the caravan on a wet Princes St followed by First Coast. Anna and Jim became engaged this week after a dinner of an OXO or was that at the OXO? We're now looking at three 2009 weddings after your return!
Hope you are both well and that you enjoyed your island visit and that your plans for the Eden Bungalow for Christmas work out well. What will your exotic and iconoclastic Christmas lunch/dinner be we wonder?
Much love & thoughts.........M&D xx

Great to hear that you arrived OK at Bang Saphan, that you got a cheap a/c beach hut, that there are local restaurants, that you can travel four on a motorbike and I know that just now your day temperature is around 30C and 27C at night. Good to hear that you're booked up for a Christmas bungalow. Speak soon we hope xx

As you lounge around your beach hut, we are scraping the cars and sliding down the street. Very jealous and sounds like you are having a proper lifetime trip. As cool as it is though, its not a patch on Hibs 2 - Celtic 0. Beat that for a first game.
We haven't seen Stevie's wee boy or Nick's prop forward yet as I've got a cold and don't want to risk infecting the wee/large dudes. 'I'm a wee dribbler' Hibs bibs ready and waiting for them both. We've got new curtains. Very exciting.
Keep in touch with yourselves

Really glad to hear you guys are having such a great time. Reading the blog is definitely having a deleterious effect on my happiness - why am I sitting in the office whilst you are doing all that?
Looking forward to the next installment.

Hi K&M
Suprise! We received your Christmas card via Saigon in 6 days! M's going to copy it to other consignees. Thank you both so much for such an unexpected and longest-travelled card this side of Christmas. Hope you are both enjoying Cambodia - we're looking forward to reading your next blog. Rates down another 1% you'll be pleased to hear. Bangkok airport re-opened and would you believe Fife's at a meeting tonight with Alistair Darling. Weather here is zero with lingering ice but brightening for the weekend. We are up to a Christmas Fair at Glen Goyne with R&M on Saturday and hanging curtains at R&F Sunday. Grannie well and so are we. Take good care of each other. LoL M&D xx

Hi guys, can't believe how much you have done/seem already!! Makes me feel very lazy in comparison! Still no baby - and no signs of him appearing soon either, so induction looks likely next week. M - hope you had a fab birthday (sounds it - apart from all your toliet visits, too much detail!)
Take care,
Nikky & Grant x

Hey Mr. Wallace, hope the Eastern side of the world has been treating ya nice; I'm sure you're constantly thinking about us here in the office andwishing you could just come back and sit in front of a desk tapping out some drawings that will never see the light of day!
Happy belated birthday - I'm sure you were too drunk on rice whiskey to notice, hopefully you didn't wake up with any cockroaches on your face or that you had been sold to the black market for 14 chickens!
Hope you're adventure is taking you to places you'd never been before, what's the next leg of the trip involve?

Happy Birthday Matt! By the sounds of things you will be doing something very unique on it although not sure you can beat sleeping on a floor next to a load of chickens (hope you kept your mouth shut as you slept). Your blog is stunning and its making us very, very jealous (including Nadia who is now home - hooray!). However you need to tell us how to pronounce 'Laos' as everytime we say it it sounds like we've got the hiccups. All the best fella, and hello Kelly! ( - ;
