We had a relaxing day today and went with Colin to look at a new car that he was interested in (a Jaguar - British Racing Green), but after closer inspection it was decided that it was not the car for him. We then toured the shops for Viovienne to try to locate scrapbooking items (no luck I am afraid) but it was very nice anyway just mooching around, we then headed home and watched the Ausies ladies lose the Semi-final of the 20-20 cricket world cup to the POMes...

Hi all We have had a wonderful weekend, it started off with dinner at The Crown in Henlow with Colin's workmates from the Post Office, they managed to get a few stories from David to use.....all in good fun of course. Hi all, well we have not done much this week as the flu has kept us housebound. We have been suffering with the flu for the past 3 / 4 days and are hoping to come good in the next few days. Colin is on holidays next week and we awill be going doiwn to Kent to see some of the OLD Places, like where we were borne etc. I also need to go to visit where mum is laid to rest and that will finalise things for me. We had a great day yesterday. Anne collected us and took us to the Galleria shopping centre in Hatfield where I found my first scrapbooking shop, to early to buy stuff have to check the rest out don't you. We then went to Hitchin where Anne lives and had a walk around, everything is so old.......had a bit of lunch and then home. It had started drizzling rain earlier but by the time we left it had set in. Fish and chips for dinner....very nice.
