Just so's ya know, my new mp3/mp4 player arrived, to quote Wallace, it's Cracking :-D Absolutely awesome, lol :-) Work's going okay, over £600 earned to date, not bad for 3 weeks :-) I'm also getting a Wii (nintendo gaming console, awesome fun, you'll have to play on it sometime :-D) with my birthday money, should have it this weekend sometime :-) Think i may have tonsilitus now, fun fun fun :-) Otherwise am good!

Just to let you know, my job is going well, £180 earnt this week woohoo! I'm a lot faster than I was, with the same quality, the boss likes me and wants me to stay on :-) So all is good there! Thank god for the radio is all I can say, lol - new mp3 player doesnt arrive for a little while yet so I'm making do with my awesome new phone :-)

Hope everything's goin' hunky dory out there, you're a much braver girl than me (well, I'd hope so at least :-S) going out there on your own... But tbh, if anyone can do it, you can :oD

Sorry to hear your first day was a bit hard going but you've only just arrived so will take you a while to get used to it. Ravenna eh??? Lovely!! If it wasn't for my walking probs I'd be out there joining you!! I'd luv it. Bit of sun, bit of latin blokes, wonderful!!

Keep us updated Vix. I'm checking your blog everyday. I'm delighted you finally managed to get a hotspot to update us all. I did imagine you'd have a bit of a rough time over night at the airport as I've done that many a time in my years and its not pleasant. My way of surviving over night airport stays is plenty of coffee, an mp3 player (although didn't have them in those days!), books to read, and if you'd had a coat with you, which no doubt you didn't, I'd mould it into a cushion and hit the sack for a few hours with my jumper covering my eyes so I don't have the strong lights of the airport blazing my eyes out. But of course, you're heading south to Italy so you wouldn't have had all those clothings.

Oh dear, you don't have your mobile phone. Thanks Vix mum for letting me know that. I did get a bit concerned when you didn't pick up your mobile. Assume you're going to buy one in Italy so you've got something to call people with in emergencies?? What is the number of your Italian mobile?? I'll call you.

Yes, do hope Vix had a good flight! I don't think she leaves till tomorrow morning but do know she's taking a bus from London to Stansted airport at about midnight. I have been trying to ring her mobile but there's either no signal or she's got it turned off.
