8th March

I'm getting told off for being lazy L I think I've got a little bit too comfy at Ash's house, cant complain though! We cleaned the Neil this morning, it was right mess! Brochures, sand, clothes, all over the place but now it is very clean and tidy. Had some slight issues starting it though, the battery went flat for some reason… potentially the new battery we got put in the day before not inserted correctly. We spent the afternoon by the pool and caught some rays, picked Ash up from work and made spag bol for together. I was forbidden from the kitchen though L apparently my cookng techniques are rubbish and not the right way, I though I was an alright chef.

9th March

Meggy and I went into Brisbane city centre, caught the train from Cleveland to the city. Did some present shopping J loads and loads of huge shopping malls. We had a bargain lunch at a food court, food courts are brilliant inventions I love them. Went to a cathedral and nosied around there for a bit. I had a fantastic idea of catching the free bus that looped around the CBD district, it was so much fun…ahem well not really it took 5 minutes to do the loop and get back to where we started. We caught the train back to Cleveland with our goodies, which included some amazing hippie, harem trousers that I love but most people will hate!

Arrived back at Ash's and attempted to start the Neil up again but again the battery was flat! Had to call out the same man again to jump start us and had to drive around for 45 mins to re-charge the battery properly. We played a few games whilst driving around such as celebrity stranger shouting game :P Once we got unentertained we came back with a charged battery and hungry tummys. We sewed on our souvenir patches on our bags J

10th March

We met up with Abigayle & Ricky! Picked them up from the Cleveland train station and bought some goodies for a BBQ, Ash couldn't come as she was naughty and pulled a sicky! It was lovely seeing Bob again and meeting Ricky, expected to feel weird as we're all randomly on the other side of the world but it didn't in the slightest. Had a yummy feast of a BBQ in true Aussie style J Chatted for hours and hours swapping all of our travelling stories. And persuaded them to come to Byron with us this weekend! Whooop! Went for a wander down the habour and had a Cold Stone ice cream whilst in chuckedit down. Lovely day that was J
