Los Anegeles!!! Most definitly coming back here again some day. My time here has been short but sweet, had a really incredible time only 2 days but still amazing and I have jam packed the 2 days with everything!

Well first up LAX airport has to be the most confusing airport ever made, but using my clever brains i found my way out and to the hostel...lugging that huge bag around is an absolute nightmare!! i got some very peculiar looks going on the metro trains, i took up two whole seats when it was rush hour packed haha woopsy. And then i started walkign along the street to the hostel only to find out that i was in fact lugging that great rucksack on the walk of fame!!! WOW! my hostel was a side street off hollywood boulevad, coul dno tget a much better location than that and could see the Hollywood out o fthe bathroom window!

So i dumped my stuff in the hostel and then went for a wander along Hollywood Blvd/Walk of fame! i couldnt lift my head i was so fixed on all the stars that were on the floor. took so many pictures it was mad, major camera overload! Was amazing with all the lights on and looked like proper show biz ;)

The next day i got on the free shuttle bus that the hostel provided down to Venice beach and oh my gosh that is so nice!! the sun was shining and the beach was huge white sands and there was lots of sreet enterainment. Spent the day with some very lovely people from the hostel and we went for a paddle and walked along the beach. Everyone lieks to exercise on the beach so there were skate boarders and body builders and and roller skaters!! And then there was us just watching them eating our actually quite healthy lunch (hommous and other greek stuff). So we pretty much spent the whole day at the beach and walkign to Santa Monica pier where they have the REAL Bubba Gump Shrimp Co !! Oh Yeah!!! It gets dark really early so we just go the bus back to the hostel and dossed about there, cooked dinner and all that jazz. And of course not being 21 i couldnt go out on the pub crawl :( bad times.

So then... on the final day my flight was leaving to Auckland at 11pm so i had the whole day pretty much. So I deciced i wanted to get a really good photo with the Hollywood sign, you know profile pic and all ;) So i got directions and waited at the bus stop, and waited some more, and waited some more..... onyl to fidn out the bus didnt run on a sunday!! So i bit a annoyed and wandered the street workign out how to get up to the sign when i lovley little irish man inivted me on his bsus trip around hollywood, how could i resist the irish accent! So i took a very touristy bus trip around beverley hills and rodeo drive and all that jazz..saw lots of celebrities hosues which i took pictures of but i can not remmeber whose was whose and they were mostly just gates anyways!! but it was still a good day :) and i manged to get a slightly alright picture with the sign but not amazing!

Then to finish the day off i took a nosy at the Chinese Theatre where lots of actors and famous people have there hand and foot prints in the cement, somthing to do with saying thank you to man who kinda created Hollywood, his name was Sid. i didnt realy get it even after a nice lady explained it to me and looked at me as if i was stupid ahha

well that was my tiem in LA, an dmost definitly have to take a trip back one day! well worth it.
