Hey!!

We are in Christchurch now, only 8 days left until we fly over to australia! since last time we have been to Te Anau where we went on a trip to Milford Sound - we went on a boat trip all around the lakes and mountains and the boat takes you under waterfalls and right up next to the mountains! it was pouring the whole trip so after 2 hours we were soaked but it was worth it! the views were amazing! After Te Anua we went to Invercargill and drove to the furest point of the south island and took a picture of the sign - so now we have one at the furthest point of the north and the south! Invercargill wasnt a great city - it did have a lovely park called queenstown which is kind of a zoo aswell so we spent the days there in the sun looking at all the animals and birds! matt made friends with a talking cockatoo bird and stayed with him most of the time!

Next was Dunedin - the 3rd biggest city in the world! and the biggest in NZ! it was really nice too, we made friends with another couple, Marc and Michelle from Plymouth and we spent a few days with them! We went on a speights brewery tour and looked around the city a bit! the next day we went to Lanarch Castle - the only castle in NZ! and then to the Pennisuala to see huge albatross birds, seals and penguins! very cute!

yesterday we had a brilliant day - we drove to lake Takapo and went on a plane ride over the mountains, lakes and Glaciers! it was so beautiful! we saw Mt Cook real close, the highest peak in NZ! the southern alps, fox glacier, Franz Joseph and the Tasman glacier! you will see the pics - they are amazing!

anyway thats what we have been up 2, so how about you?? we hope you are all great and missing us lots!
