YSU has made the Qtr Finals this year and today's game was a fantastic game. They went points for points all day and went into 2 overtime sessions with YSU coming out on top with a 30-23 win. Off to the semis next week against E Washington at EWU's ground. Shame we won't be her to see it as we will be heading to Philadelpia. This could be Youngstown States Year.

Came across this amazing home in Alliance, Ohio called Glamorgan Castle. Was built in 1901 by engineer Thomas Morgan. Having originally come from Wales he wanted to recreate the feel of the castles back home in Wales. A lovely property now managed by the local high school behind it, but unfortunately they have no idea of protecting a heritage building and 80% of it has been converted over to offices and storage, really detracting from its heritage listing. Sitting here at Denny's having a late breakfast and watching it trying to snow outside, just a few flakes falling at the moment. Well we've come back to Peaberry's Cafe in Canfield for the best coffee in the US, much like our Barista coffee back home. Travel half way around the world for a Guinness in the Olde English Pub in a Boardman, Ohio. Fantastic seeing Bec after 15 mths, however this week she has a big final week with her final assignments and projects. Today was a beautiful sunny day of -1C and predictions f snow showers overnight.
