Peru!Well we made it into Peru with no problems. We got on a Turistico bus and they basically put us in front of the officials to get our Bolivia exit and Peru entrance stamps. Luckily no-one questioned me about that book and they´re letting us stay for 90 days if we so wish. CopacabanaAfter our lengthy stay in La Paz we were suffering a bit from the altitude and the smog so we set off on a short and comfortable bus journey to Copacabana on Lake Titicaca. Part way through the journey we had to get off the bus and travel across a small stretch of water on the tiniest boat ever while our bus and luggage went separately on what can only be described as a very old raft. I don´t think I will ever forget ...

ChacaltayaBilled as the worlds highest ski resort we took a mini bus up to the snow capped mountain overlooking La Paz, complete with Oscar our guide who assumed I was a hooligan for being English, quality. La Paz shopping was fantastic! The shops all spill out onto the street and everything is really colourful. Only problem was that all of the shops sold exactly the same items, but that didn't bother me! I got a little bag that's perfect for our camera and money, a set of traditional Bolivian pipes which are really hard to play, and an alpaca jumper.
