February 03 2015 - The Travelling Companions outside the Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Just before we set off on leg two. Jeremy is the ideal travelling companion, he knows a lot, but he respects even the views of an idiot. He is also fluent in Andalusian (which is sometimes surprisingly divergent from core Spanish), which, of course, is very handy in Andalusia.

monk i spent a week in Andalucia in December 2008 with two men I had worked with in England in the 70's. I was staggered at how cold it was. Even though I can't speak any Andalusian, I managed to cook Andalusian meals every night. Some of them were quite good, even though I have no recollection of what they were.
