Simple - Valencia to Tarifa, via Grenanda and back again. The total round trip distance was about 2,000km. The purpose of the visit was, basically, to examine the dismantling of a stone wall at a villa purched on the hills above the Southern town of Tarifa. This may seem an inadequate reason to travel such distances and I would guess that adventurers undertaking similarly futile sounding missions could only point out that, in the words of the great Mark Twain, "I travel, not to go anywhere, but to go". And that sentiment is something I understand not only at a deeply spiritual level, but also, as it happens, at an immensely superficial and meaningless level too.
