As I am having so much pleasure from all your updates I thought I better come into the 21st century and try a message board update myself!! Oer!

We have just been to Spain for 2 weeks where the weather has been over 30C every day. Your friend that said it was a heatwave here for end of July has been wrong for August I understand. I think it has rained nearly every day that we have been away.

We are having such pleasure from your blog that I am so glad you added us to your list for updates. We are very jealous that you are doing such a wonderful trip. Also proud that you are brave enough to venture so far to such exotic places and 'embracing' the the transport systems etc! Especially brave with regards to the stinging things!

Continue to have fun and not too much alcohol as Nic's Godmother speaking!!

PS Amy loved Spain and wants to know where the clubs are for when she is old enough! Although she is 'never going to fly again' so it will be a long drive!

I'm on academic cover today (basically sitting in the office waiting for queries and problems) so have caught up with your blogs and pics. Everything (well, maybe not the stings and exploding showers!) sounds wonderful ... although there does seem to be an alcohol trail going on!

I've been to Copenhagen for a few days - not as exciting as South America but great in its own way. It's a pretty small city so you can soon get a feel for the whole place and everywhere is walkable (apart from the metro in from the airport). It's a really chilled place, with more bicycles than cars.

Oh my wor how incredibly exciting.......is that the tall chirst statue thing that they filmed in Romeo and Juliet!! It looks absolutely awesome guys!!! Hope you're having a wicked time!!!

We actually getting some sun here too......it's so so nice!! Saw Nicky P being a proper pharmacist in Boots on Sat with James...we asked her advice on some product stuff....hee hee.....intelligent friend we have!!!

Nothing new here, apart from as soon as you guys left, England turned into a heatwave! Seriously, it has been scorching in Alton. Think it was 29C yesterday! Prob not as hot as where you guys are though! :)
