Hi Sista
Hope you're doing OK and enjoying catching up with all of your friends over there!
The blogs are great but somewhat frustrating because I can't read all of the message - is it just me?
Will try to get hold of a foot/shoe measure but can't promise as we provide the shoes and not accessories etc., however will speak to one of my contacts and see what we can do. Most shops these days have 'electronic' devices that do the measuring.
We had a tough week last week. Sarah was knocked off of her bike whilst riding down to the farm! Thankfully she is OK - not too badly hurt apart from a bumps and bruises a broken collerbone (left shoulder) and possible chip to her right shoulder, all in all she's been very lucky but none the less it was quite a shock!
Take care sweetheart - keep the messages coming and enjoy every minute!
love you zillions!
Jilly XXXXX
PS Rob, Bec's, Luke and Sarah send love too!

Hi Tina!
So glad you are safe, although I hear on the grapevine your weather is almost as bad as ours! Everyone at Alpha is thinking and praying for you to keep you safe and happy out there. Missing you in our group but I know everyone will be looking after you over there. Lauren has sorted some clothes out for you next collection and Dave's loud shirt stock pile should yield some absolute corkers for your boys ! The Panda fund was up to £84.00 before yesterdays service, and Linda was still going strong- no-one was getting out without being asked to have a go at naming him/her! will catch up again soon. take care and God Bless, Andrea and Dave xxx

Hi Tina
great to hear from you! Busy collecting crochet hooks at the moment - knew if I kept mine long enough they would come in handy!! Hope things are going well for you - you are very much in my thoughts and prayers! We are missing you at Cell and really welcome the updates! Paul says that he will send a message soon (our leader!)
Lots of love - Michelle xxx

Hi Tina
Well I've finally got to view your site! I have to admit to not having read your blogs properly yet - but I will. The photos are wonderful and I shall remind everyone at Alpha next week about your blog address!!! We said a prayer for you tonight to help you through and I'm posting a message in the Parish Mag. about your need for crochet hooks so getting ready for a parcel
One of the reasons that prompted me to come on tonight is that Linda has asked me to pass a message on - if I don't do it now I'll forget!
She's started a 'Name the Panda' to raise some funds for your charity and so far she's raised over £50 - that's great isn't it? She's also taking it to a Mother & Baby group tomorrow so we'll keep you posted on the amount raised.
Anyway, I'm going to shut down now (trying to be kind to myself) and I'll catch up with you very soon.
God Bless,
Vanessa xx

Hi - thanks again for all your lovely words.
As you can gather I would like to come back out again one day - and certainly while I am in England I will endeavour to do what I can to support my sisters and brothers and children in Yamba.
If you know any organisations or clubs who would welcome a speaker please let me know.
Also I am going to start collecting again:
Hotel soap, knitting needles, wool, jumpers, wolly hats, socks, darning needles, blankets and DVD/videos (kids/wildlife/musicals) small children's reading books / word books. If you have anything ...
I shall also be baking again soon when I return to work.
and organising more social fund raising fun activities.
Maybe I should do a slide show night? Would you fancy that (of Yamba of course)?
Thanks to everyone who has read my Blog and sent me messages - now I am better I can tell you I had Malaria last time I was in Tanga - so I made an effort to keep my promise & update you all and it was a real boost to read all your kind and generous words of priase I thank-you my Rafiki!
I will see you soon
xx
