When we eventually got ourselves a taxi at ten past eight, we were not on schedule for our bus to Cambodia! It took 15 minutes to try and bargain a taxi driver down from 300B to the bus terminal and none of them would go on the metre which was really frustrating. We had to give up and pay it. Yesterday wasn't too bad going back to the bus station, the hotel provided a free truck service so they took a load of us at the same time. He helped us but tickets as well which was really nice of him. Luckily the bus we needed was outside the bus shop so we caught it in time. The four hour bus journey from Kanchanaburi to Pak Chong wasn't too bad, the journeys are getting easier and although it sounds awful just cooped up on a uncomfortable airplane style chair, it's really okay.
