A very beautiful place to spend some time hiking. 

Some beautiful waterfalls, and lovely scenery!Some very brave climbers going up El Captain This mountain draws people from all over the world. It takes 3-5 days to climb it. They sleep on the ledges or suspended somehow from the walls.We were a bit disappointed , from all we heard we thought we would stay at least a week here. It was great and if you only had a weeks vacation, its very lovely.To many people for us, maybe in Sept or Oct, would be nice. They also...

Had planned on really exploring the whole city.  But there must have been all kinds of events going on. There were thousands of people , walking ,biking,buying.  We decided to get out of there.Headed for Yosimite National park. 

Went thru the Redwood forest today!! Awesome! Those trees are so massive.Then on to the coast following hwy 1 along the coast. The most incredible ocean views. Just breath taking.

Wow ! The wind can really blow here. It's a wonderful fresh day.A walk on the beach. Annie loves to run.Having trouble getting pictures site. So trying to figure that out.
