They use to play ball using head , hips, shoulders , somewhat like soccer but the ball is much larger and had to go thur a suspended hoop from the dragons mouth on either the left or the right side. Then the winner got the honor of giving all his blood to the gods. Some honor, I think it would be a good time to be a loser.
