There are 960 pupils in the school, some walking for 2 hours before getting to the school. The children start school at 7:00 A.M and finish at 4:20. I wouldn’t like to wake up at 5:00 A.M every morning. On the first morning we met Mr. Ngugi the head teacher of the school. He was very proud of Kenana primary and taught us the African hand-shake.
