Wow, this sounds like an amazing trip you guys are on! You are very polite in describing San Francisco as being arty. I would be more inclined to use the term sexual deviants or perverts. The city is very charming though and I love that, like Cape Town, it's right on the ocean. Too bad you didn't make further north to Portland or Seattle. Would've loved to show you around. Great to get your news. Glad the wedding went off so well. Our hotel in NY was Ramada Inn Eastside on Lexington Avenue between East 29th & 30th - about a block away from yours!
