Great to finally get back on and have a look at the adventures of the Dalys. Looks like things are going great guns and that you are having a great time which is good to see and hear. Of course things here are same old same old, Matt and I are hoping to start our house reno's soon, but as per usual nothing happens as quick as you want so it seems to be taking a lifetime to get started. Footy and Netty have finally finished for us which is good, didn't think the old body would have been able to handle many more games, I have been playing A Grade for Stratty town so you can imagine I have been feeling it a bit!! Matt just won B & F for the Stratty 2nds so that was good, he seemed happy about it all.
New job is going well, have been at the Shire for a month now and am loving it, no stress which is nice, haven't been able to come to work and go home and not think about it for quite some time so I am loving it. It is a 12 month job but I am hoping theywill be able to keep me at the end but if not I guess I will just have to look again.
Best be off and do some work, keep having the time of your lives
Love
Geordz & Matt

What up Lozza & Micky D!
Awsome pictures of your travels guys, I never knew living out there would be soo much hard work....I didnt see any pics of the local shopping centre or public pool - whats with that??? Glad to see you still have 2 peepers Lozza, that must have been pretty damn scary, I thought you said Mick doesnt drink Wild Turkey after last time....haha.
As the old cheese said in her last email, Illy, Powelly and I have just got back to Oz this week from our month in Canada and the USA. We had an awsome time, and one of the highlights was definatley the Calgarry Stampede. We caught the last 2 days of the stampede so got to watch the finals in Bull riding, bare back, steer wrestling etc. Bloody unreal atomosphere with ACDC blarring out while the bull riders come out of the gates - everyone gets really pumped and starts clicking their spurs together! There was a couple of Aussies competing but it was the locals who took the honours in most of the events. The bloke who won the bull riding was an 18 yr old who was about 5 ft nothing! And spoke like a jockey! Won $100,000 for his troubles!
The food in the USA is soo s***e! Everything is deep fried and comes with chips! I have nearly had to invest in a gurtle just to get back in my work pants. Also went to the baseball in Seattle and watched Lauren Jackson play for the Seatlle Sonics. She scored her 4,000th career point when we were watching so everyone was going nuts! The Aussie chant was rampant! Also rampant was her Lesbian following....the chick supporters had bigger biceps than me!
Also went to San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas, Santa Monica and Hawaii. Went to Alcatraz in San Fran which was unreal - saw cells Al Capone stayed in and did a guided tour of where all the bad arses took holidays. San Diego was cool. They have a massive Navy base there see we expected to see some Village People action... But it had really nice beaches. Spent a day in Tijuna (Mexico) too. That was really good and bloody scary at the same tme!! Felt like we were auditioning for the 3 Amigos sequel. Alot of dodgy folk over that border!
Vegas is a bit of a blur really - probably got about 3 hours sleep in 3 days there! Also left most of my money there!! Was thinking at one stage i would have to start busking for cash just to get home. Although, I had Powelly with me so I knew he would have a stash of cash in his sock or something!! He really struggled with the tipping thing....I think every tip he gave was coins which came to about 75 cents.... He still doesnt leek in the bath the tight arse!
Caught up with Sarah Bennetts in Santa Monica. That was really good - her accent is soo strong. She is waiting for her VISA to go through b4 she can start working. We also stayed right next to the beach where Baywatch was filmed!! I looked really hard for the Hoff running down the beach sucking his guts in but to no avail.
Lastly, we had 5 nights in Hawaii on the way home - mostly just chilled out and did beachy stuff b4 coming back to sunny VIC...
Im in Sale for the old boys 60th B'day this weekend - got the Gippy booked for a feed tonight. Have just got back from your Mum and Dad's place. They are looking forward to taking the new caravan away - it looks really good. Uncle Brucey showed me all its features. I wont mention the comments he said about the suspension...sorry Mrs Melly!
Well I better go. Keep having fun you guys and keep those pig numbers to a minimum! Hey, Im thinking since Malcolm Douglas and Alby Mangels arnt doing their outback shows anymore you 2 could start one up??? I'll be the producer and we can call it Dust, Dingoes and the Dalys?? Let me know what you think.
Take care yall,
Dimo.

Hi Loz and Mick!!!!
Wow, what a great idea this is!!!! Loved all the photos, but the eye one was the best! you poor little thing loz......
It was great to hear from you the other night, it sounds like your having a ball, were very jealous!!
Were all good back here, the kids are growing up so quickly though.. Harvey is sitting here squirming around on my knee. he hates being held, loves crawling around the floor exploring.. But sometimes hes safer on my knee, without his big sisters picking him up trying to carry him round like a doll.... Molly is obsessed with those bratz dolls now and she is forever getting changed throughout the day parading around, posing, to try look like them.. She even tries to change avah into dresses, which always ends in tears!!
Micks back working now, did the stay at home dad thing for about six months, i dont think hes ever been so eager to get back to work!! No, he did a really good job but I think were both really happy to switch back roles again.. Hes working at the APM which hes really enjoying.
Well I better go now, Avah has just jammed her fingers in the fridge door (Always eating that one) I'll keep checking in on your travels..
Take care,
lee Mick, Molly, Avah and Harvey.

Man Lozza, that eye looks nasty!!! Was awesome hearing from you Sat night ... and even funnier listening to your message on the Sunday morning, when I was sober as a button and it was glaringly obvious that you had not been the previous night when you left it ... funny I hadn't noticed when I was talking to you!! he he .... Still puttering away on the kitchen, Fluke hooked up our dishwasher last week - woo hoo, been over a year since I've had one of those babies!!! Getting excited about our trip, not too far away now, 5 weeks to go yesterday! Woo Hoo!!! Although Fluke has decided to start cleaning up around the place and getting stuff packed away and sorted out before we go .. so tonight when I drove into the drive way after getting home from work, I was greeted with the site of Fluke, sitting in an ugly stix chair in my carport with a fire buring!!! Yes, he had lite a fire in our car port WHICH IS MADE OF WOOD!!!!! Getting rid of sticks and bark and leaves and stuff apparently ... of course, I thought, why use a bin when you can just burn them!! Argh ... anwyay, better get going. Was great reading you entries, can't wait to see what sort of mischeif you guys get into in Mackay!!!!
Take care,
Spud and Fluke

After chatting to you Loz I was just busting to get on here at have a look at that black eye!! What a pearler! Your photos are awesome Loz, that new camera must be just fantastic. Dave's watching Southpark and having a good laugh at the moment, Scarls having a shower because her hair is disgusting from all the product she puts in it so I have 5 minutes peace and quiet to myself! Have had Cody around for dinner tonight which was a heap of fun, Piggy's dad isn't well so Heids and Pigs have been staying at the hospital overnight which means we get to hang out with the kids. They are so cute!
Eww!!! I just remembered that I had pork for tea tonight and now I can't get those hunting pictures out of my head! Mr. & Mrs. D
Hi Lauren and Mick, Just got back from the gym, Mum and I worked up a storm ....talking that is!! What a great idea this web site is, I got an e-mail from Andrew this morning, he's kicking back in Canada just finished his tour, said the best part was the Calagary stampede and rodeo he had a great time mixing with the cowboys, even got himself a cowboy hat so he'll have something to chat to you about seeing as you've been hanging out with the Aussie cowboys..Mr. D. got a phone call from a lady up there to check a reference for you Loz anyway after the glowing reference he gave for you we thought you might be inducted as the next Mayoress of Mackay, anyway Mum said you've already got yourself a job (well done) hope you both enjoy your time there and I'll look forward to reading what you've been upto.....take care Mr and Mrs. D xxxxxx

Ah hoi hoi travelers,
On a week back in maff i stumbled across some dear friends who told of a traveling couple. At first i was taken back by such a story but after seeing the photo's i sat in silent awe of such a journey. Great pics i must add. I'd best be getting back to work but know i'm thinking of you both and wish you a safe journey. Till next time, Roger:)
P.S. whats the go with the sum?

Hi Guys,
Great to see a couple more photos of you Lozza!!!! Missin you guys when i see all the great photos i am very jealous. This is a great website. That reminds me mick, bree and i hit a fox in the new car, bang, dead! Just got home from a weekend in Melb, i've seen better days. Justi is on nights, so i've got a date with the couch and dog. We had our shed boxed up for concrete and its a mud pit out there. I'd say we'll be waiting a while for concrete now. Have Wally and Cobba gone into depression after leaving Ruby's dog resort? Mum is starting to be a tupperware lady and I am having her first party for her on tuesday, she's nervous.
Well take care

Hey Kids - nice to chat to you last night Loz, hope you pulled up alright this morning, we did our best to do you prous at the Kazbah but its just not the same here without you...
You'll have to stay there for jus a bit longer, I'm gunna send Dad up to you so he and Mick can go shootin' pigs, he will be most impressed. I must say that I am a little disappointed in your hat Mick, I expected it to be much bigger... or is the big one for special occasions, maybe you can wear it to Suz and Grants wedding.... we all cannot wait to see you and expect there to be some mighty good stories.
Take care my loves and speak soon - Kirt, Scott, Burke and Ramjam xx

Hi Guys,
As everyone else has said, this is a much better way of showing us your photos etc....keep em coming!!!
We havent had any rain here for a few days but still a lot of water laying around. I tell you what I missed out on all the action by living in Maffra, it was much more exciting during floods when I was living at Mum & Dad's. I could have got a few days of work if I had of still be there...b*****!!
My kitchen is finally in and I absolutely love it!!! Just gotta do a bit more painting and Daz is going to put my wall tiles up and it will all be finished. Will send you though some photos when its all done. I've got the boy moving in this weekend too which is a bit exciting (I've got a big plasma out of it too - bonus!!)
Look forward to hearing from you again soon,
Lotsa love, Clutters xo

Hello U 2.
Well I made it back to Equatorial Guinea OK even tho we did land in London on Tuesday the 3rd right in the middle of a emergency. We landed at 1300 hrs and they let us off the plane just after 1700 hrs. Boy it was good fun. Anyway got to work yesterday without anymore disruptions. Hope you are both well as I am. Love to you both.
