Good morning! Or as they say in hungary Jo Reggelt! its been an exciting day. We woke up and have breakfast at the award winning Gundel restaurant before heading to Eger for the day. Our first stop was the Castle of Eger, which is now in partial ruins and an excavation site. But once it was a magnificent palace for the Bishop of Eger before the turks attacked it now its open for visitations and we spent many hours there and we have a ton of pics. Then we went to have lunch with a local family, The Varaga's and then headed back to hotel before having dinner a the 100 eves restaurant. It had live gipsy music as well........ but the food was delicious i had chicken paprika with pasta and i must say the stew was better but it was still incredible.. Well off to bed good night!!
