A week today for the beginning of the Twa amigos trip. Its going to be 11 months away from home and even more if possible!!! Im going to miss el Valmiñor, sunsets, days relaxing while having a beer with friends, family, beaches..
We have sorted all of our visas, travel insurances, couch surfing requests, flight tickets, rally entry fee, rally deposit. Everything is setup to be a total success and adventure. Run 3000km from South Indonesia to north Indonesia, go to the fullmoon party in koh phanghan, visit koh samui, dive in gilli island, travel to a really small island called koh phi phi lee ( where the movie the beach was filmed) party hard in bangkok, one of the craziest city, travel by public transport and cross the border to Laos, get the sleeper slow boat down the Mekong river for three long days, go to the "aqua park" Vang vieng, a river where you go down on a inflatable and there are bars on the sides, and finally buy a motorbike in Hanoi and cross Vietnam down to Saigon and sell it there. After that our last goal is to arrive to Cambodia and get our flight from Phnom to Sydney where The Twa Amigos will spend their next seven months from end of January until August.
